The beginnings of Präzisionsteile Dresden GmbH & Co. KG go back over 60 years.
Founded under the name PENTACON, the company spent 30 years manufacturing high-precision camera components - the high school of precision engineering.

(Partial) takeover of Pentacon production by the Mohr Group Company name: Gerhard Mohr Präzisions-Drehteile Metall- und Kunststofftechnik GmbH & Co. KG, Dresden
2001/2002
Construction of the current company building in Dresden-Reick

Relocation and start of production in Dresden-Reick (today's company headquarters)

Acquisition by KAP AG and integration into the KAP Precision Components segment

Acquisition by GaBa Holding GmbH through MBO (management buy-out) of the KAP Precision Components segment from KAP AG
