CNC turning - precision for complex components
We see CNC turning as one of the central manufacturing processes in modern machining technology. We machine rotationally symmetrical workpieces with maximum precision and reliable repeat accuracy. Our CNC turning machining includes short and long turned parts up to Ø 200 mm and lengths up to 400 mm.
With precision-ground clamping technology and automated tool changes, we achieve tolerances of up to ± 0.01 mm and surface roughnesses of up to Ra 0.8 µm.
As a manufacturer, we use state-of-the-art multi-channel CNC controls, precise linear tool axes and integrated measuring technology to reliably maintain tight shape and position tolerances in accordance with DIN ISO 2768 - fine, even with complex geometries. This results in economically manufactured components with consistently high precision and reproducible quality across entire series.

Our production environment is designed for maximum productivity and quality. The machinery includes fully automated CNC turning centers with hydrostatic guides, drive-integrated tool turrets and digital process data acquisition.
The machining data is continuously monitored and analyzed - keywords predictive maintenance and closed-loop production.
By using CAD/CAM systems (e.g. Inventor, Esprit), workpieces are programmed directly from 3D models. This ensures the shortest possible throughput times, maximum repeat accuracy and a high degree of flexibility when making design changes.
