Cleaning with hydrocarbons:
The hydrocarbon cleaning systems used in our company offer stable processes for achieving the best possible component cleanliness and surface quality. These systems can be used to clean complex geometries that are otherwise critical for component cleanliness. Under vacuum for cleaning bores, with swivelling cleaning baskets, pressure nozzles and much more, our process specialists vary the appropriate cleaning programs for specific parts.
Advantage: high residual dirt requirements in terms of particle quantity and size as well as freedom from grease and oil for complex components can be repeatedly ensured, even for components with critical geometry (e.g. blind holes, fine threads)
Cleaning with water-mixed cleaners:
Less critical components, where degreasing or the achievable surface tension is not an overriding requirement and there are no critical geometries, can be cleaned at PTD on a continuous flow system with media dissolved in water. In addition to this highly productive process, we also use chamber flood system technology to clean with aqueous solutions, but selected material groups according to the specific requirements of our customers.
