We realize laser engravings for metallic and non-metallic materials with the highest precision. Using state-of-the-art laser marking systems, we mark components permanently, abrasion-resistant and temperature-resistant - ideal for industrial applications, series marking and technical component identification. Our laser marking enables reproducible engraving quality with efficient cycle times and minimal rework.

Laser engraving - Our technology: Modern, highly automated production facility
Our laser engraving department is equipped with a fully automated laser marking cell. Flexible component mounting and integrated process monitoring enable us to achieve maximum repeat accuracy. The engraving systems work with fiber laser technology (Yb:YAG) for metallic substrates and CO₂ lasers for organic or polymer-based materials.
Digital interfaces (e.g. QR code import, CAD integration) and camera-based position detection enable precise positioning of the engraving - even for complex or asymmetrical components.
