We are a manufacturer and production partner for precision hollow shafts in small, medium and large series. Our CNC hollow shaft production covers the entire process chain - from material preparation, turning, milling and grinding to final inspection with 3D measuring technology.
Thanks to automated machining centers and real-time process monitoring, we guarantee dimensional accuracy of up to ± 0.01 mm and surface roughness of up to Ra 0.8 µm.

Innovative hollow shaft production - automation meets precision
Our production combines CNC multi-spindle technology, robot-assisted component feeding and measuring systems for maximum repeat accuracy. CAM-based programming (e.g. Inventor, Esprit) and in-process correction enable us to achieve consistent quality even with complex shaft geometries.
We use processes such as turning, milling and grinding to produce hollow shafts with maximum shape accuracy and minimum tolerance deviation. Our processes are suitable for small series production as well as large series - efficient, documented and digitally controlled.
