We are a manufacturer of short turned parts and produce these using CNC turning processes from raw material with precisely defined shape and position tolerances. Our production processes workpieces from bar stock up to Ø 65 mm and lengths up to 400 mm, inserts (blanks) up to Ø 200 mm and guarantees consistent precision and excellent surface quality.
Highly dynamic axis drives, multi-channel controls and automated tool changes produce even complex geometries with surface roughnesses of up to Ra 0.8 µm and tolerances of up to ± 0.01 mm - economically, reproducibly and reliably in any series size.
