We are a manufacturer of short-run turned parts and produce them using CNC turning from raw material with precisely defined form and position tolerances. Our CNC short-run turning process handles workpieces made from bar stock up to Ø 65 mm and lengths up to 400 mm, as well as inserts (blanks) up to Ø 200 mm. We guarantee consistent precision and high surface quality. Short-run turning is particularly suitable for precision turned parts with larger diameters, short overall lengths, complex contours, and high dimensional accuracy requirements.
Precision turning enables the cost-effective production of rotationally symmetric components with complex internal and external contours. Thanks to highly dynamic axis drives, multi-channel controls, and automated tool changes, even complex geometries with surface roughnesses down to Ra 0.8 µm and tolerances up to ± 0.01 mm can be produced using short-run turning—economically, reproducibly, and with process reliability for any production volume.
