Stainless steel turned parts

Our stainless steel turned parts are machined components made from stainless materials that are characterized by high dimensional accuracy, strength and corrosion resistance.

We manufacture them on modern CNC lathes that are optimized for machining stainless steel. Thanks to precise cutting parameters, temperature-stable clamping technology and controlled cooling, we achieve permanently reproducible results.

Stainless steel turned parts are used wherever durability, hygiene and chemical resistance are crucial - for example in mechanical and plant engineering, medical technology, the food industry or process engineering.
Thanks to our vertical integration, we can produce complex geometries, tight tolerances and smooth surfaces economically - from individual parts to large series.

We process all common stainless steel grades such as 1.4301 (V2A), 1.4404 (V4A), 1.4571 (AISI 316Ti) and 1.4108, each of which offers specific properties for different applications.

Austenitic stainless steels (e.g. 1.4301, 1.4404) are particularly corrosion-resistant and are ideal for damp or hygienically sensitive environments. Martensitic grades (e.g. 1.4108) are harder and are preferred for mechanically stressed components.

We select the material in accordance with the desired surface quality, strength and resistance to chemical media. We take into account parameters such as machinability, thermal conductivity and dimensional stability in order to achieve optimum results with each alloy.

Surface treatment is a central component of our stainless steel production. After CNC turning, we carry out mechanical and chemical post-treatments as required:

Polishing, grinding, brushing or passivating ensure a smooth, clean and corrosion-resistant surface. As a result, we achieve roughness values of up to Ra 0.2 µm and meet the highest standards of hygiene and appearance.
Our process monitoring ensures that cutting values, tool condition and cooling strategy remain constant. Every surface is tested and documented in accordance with DIN EN ISO 4287.

This results in stainless steel turned parts that are both functionally and visually impressive - ideal for visible components or hygienically demanding applications.

Yes, our production is designed for small, medium and large series. With automated CNC turning centers, bar loaders and robot cells, we produce in stable, process-monitored sequences.

Thanks to multi-channel machining, integrated milling and automatic deburring, we reduce set-up times and increase efficiency - even for recurring orders.

Our CAD/CAM-supported programming allows for quick adjustments to geometry or design changes, while the CAQ system digitally documents all test results. This ensures that the quality of our stainless steel components remains constant - regardless of the quantity and component complexity.

Quality is fully integrated with us. Every part is checked during and after processing - inline and end-of-line.

We use tactile measuring systems, optical inspection methods and 3D coordinate measuring machines (e.g. Zeiss Contura) to check dimensional accuracy, concentricity, form and position tolerances in accordance with DIN ISO 1101.
All test data is recorded digitally, evaluated in the SPC system and documented in a traceable manner in accordance with EN 10204-3.1.

On request, we can provide complete test reports, material certificates and initial sample tests in accordance with VDA 2.

Our certifications in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 prove that the production of our stainless steel turned parts is consistently quality-assured - from the first turning operation through to delivery.
