Precision turned parts - Technical precision in series production
As a manufacturer of precision turned parts, we stand for maximum dimensional accuracy and reliable production based on CNC turning - including sliding headstock turning for slim, rotationally symmetrical components with high demands on concentricity and surface quality. Our CNC turning centers produce reproducible components with tolerances of up to ± 0.01 mm and surface roughness of up to Ra 0.8 µm.
Automated process monitoring, multi-channel controls and integrated measurement technology enable us to guarantee consistent quality - from prototype production to mass production. Each production step is subject to our certified quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, which ensures complete traceability and documented process stability.
Our service areas in precision turned parts production
Complete machining in one clamping position - We turn, mill, drill and cut threads in a single clamping operation to minimize concentricity deviations and position errors.
Highly automated series production - We realize small, medium and large series with robot-assisted loading and unloading as well as digital part tracking.
Comprehensive material expertise - We machine free-cutting, stainless steel, aluminium and brass alloys as well as titanium and high-performance plastics under process-optimized cutting parameters.
Adaptive process control in real time - We continuously monitor torques, cutting forces and tool life and dynamically adjust the feed rate and cutting values.
Certified quality assurance - We document all measurement results in the CAQ system with traceability in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, including test and measurement reports.
Reliable production with constant tolerances
We use state-of-the-art CNC turning technology with integrated measurement technology to ensure process capability at all times. All workpieces are measured inline and statistically evaluated.
This enables us to guarantee constant shape and position tolerances in accordance with DIN ISO 1101 as well as dimensional tolerances of up to ± 0.01 mm - regardless of batch size or material.
Thanks to adaptive tool compensation and temperature-stabilized machine structures, dimensional accuracy is guaranteed even during long runs.
We process a wide range of metallic and non-metallic materials that are precisely tailored to the requirements of modern precision turned parts.
Our production parameters - cutting speed, feed rate, tool geometry and cooling strategy - are individually optimized for each material in order to maximize dimensional accuracy, surface quality and tool life. We attach particular importance to reproducible machining results and documented process capability.
Our material expertise includes
Metallic materials - free-cutting, heat-treated and stainless steel grades for high-strength, corrosion-resistant components
Light metals & non-ferrous metals - aluminium and brass alloys for weight-optimized, electrically conductive components
High-performance plastics - POM, PEEK and PTFE for low-friction, insulating or corrosion-free applications
Special alloys - titanium alloys, Inconel and Hastelloy for extreme temperature, pressure and chemical loads
Technology & production environment of our precision turned parts
Our production is based on modern CNC turning centers with hydrostatic guides, driven tools and automated material feeds.
Programming is carried out directly from 3D CAD models using CAM systems (Inventor, Esprit). This enables us to reduce set-up times and ensure reproducible quality in every production run.
We use closed-loop process monitoring and predictive maintenance to keep machines and tools in optimum condition at all times.
Our precision turned parts are used wherever tight tolerances, consistent surface quality and process-stable series production are required. We produce precise components from pre-series to validated series production - with documented dimensional accuracy and reproducible process results.
Typical fields of application:
Mechanical and plant engineering - precision-turned shafts, axles, bushings, fitting sleeves and housing parts
Automotive & e-mobility - valve seats, connectors, sensor sleeves and rotationally symmetrical connecting elements
Medical & laboratory technology - miniature components, housing elements, insulated contact parts with biocompatible materials
Electrical engineering & sensor technology - highly conductive turned parts made of copper, brass or aluminum alloys
Aerospace technology - precision components made from titanium and nickel-based alloys for dynamic loads
Our combination of process stability, dimensional accuracy and material diversity guarantees reliable function and reproducible quality - even in safety-critical applications.
