Long turned parts - precision for long, rotationally symmetrical components

CNC sliding headstock turning is our specialty when it comes to intricate, rotationally symmetrical precision parts with high dimensional accuracy and surface quality. We use modern sliding headstock automatic lathes to manufacture components from a wide range of materials - economically, reproducibly and with consistently high quality.

Our production covers long turned parts up to Ø 20 mm and lengths up to 200 mm. Thanks to the combination of multi-channel control, tool-optimized cutting geometry and digital process monitoring, we achieve tolerances of up to ± 0.01 mm and consistently smooth surfaces.

With automatic bar machining, counter spindle technology and complete cross machining, we produce components that meet the highest standards of precision, repeat accuracy and efficiency.
