Assembly production

In modern assembly production, various manufacturing technologies are combined with each other to optimally fulfill functional and precision requirements.

We rely on CNC turning and milling technologies, punching and bending processes, fine drilling, welding and automated assembly processes. Complex assemblies are manufactured using multi-spindle machines, robot handling and CAD/CAM-based production systems.

We use digital process monitoring and in-process measurement technology to ensure the dimensional accuracy and functionality of each individual component and its subsequent system integration.

Our quality assurance is based on an end-to-end digitalized production chain.

All assemblies go through several inspection stages - from the incoming goods inspection to the in-process inspection and the final functional test.
We use optical measuring systems, tactile-mechanical testing technology, 3D coordinate measuring machines and automated camera inspections to verify tolerances, surface quality and function.

The inspection processes are documented in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and customer-specific factory standards. All measurement results are archived via a CAQ system (Computer Aided Quality) and stored in a traceable manner.

Depending on the component geometry, material and machining process, we achieve dimensional tolerances of up to ± 0.01 mm and surface roughness of up to Ra 0.8 µm.
For precision components for apparatus or vehicle construction, even tighter tolerance ranges are possible on request.

In-process measuring systems and closed-loop corrections are used to automatically readjust the production process, ensuring consistent dimensional accuracy across large series.
Special requirements for flatness, roundness or coaxiality are realized using special clamping and measuring devices.

Our range of materials covers almost all common and technical materials.

We manufacture assemblies from steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, copper, brass and technical plastics such as POM, PA6, PEI or PPSU.
The choice of material depends on the functional requirements:

High strength for steel assemblies, corrosion resistance for stainless steel components, low weight for aluminum or electrical conductivity for copper and brass parts.
Special alloys are used in aerospace, medical technology or for high-temperature assemblies.

All materials are traceably documented through material testing and certificates.

Yes, we integrate customer-supplied components, standard parts, electronic modules or hydraulic elements directly into our assembly processes.
Our assembly lines are flexibly designed so that both manual and robot-assisted installation processes are possible.

Standardized interfaces and CAD-supported design approval enable us to produce assembly modules exactly according to customer specifications.

After assembly, a functional, leak and dimensional test is carried out before the module is released for dispatch. All test parameters and process data are recorded in the digital production log, which ensures complete traceability.
